GOOD BYE FROM MICHELE AND ELISA

After serving Los Milongueros for four semesters as volunteer Tango instructors and Milonga nights organizers, we are now leaving Denton and this beautiful club.

As founding members we have considered this project important since the very beginning because we believe in the power of Tango and we were sure it would had found a fertile ground among the youngs. With this conviction we have supported the club by offering weekly free classes and sharing our knowledge of tango dance and culture. We started to dance Tango in Italy five years ago with many different instructors and we have experienced the true tango life in Buenos Aires were we had the chance to improve our skills.

We are pround to have contributed to the creation of a new Tango Comunity in Denton where once there wasn't any. We have always worked with the intention to establish a peaceful and stimulating environment where people could share and enjoy a common passion, inspired by feeling of friendship and solidarity. Despite these feelings do not seem to us to be very popular among the Denton tango community (as a whole), we wish that the they will continue to inspire you all. May all the contrasts an bitter tastes that, notwithstanding our will, arose, dissolve.

We are very satisfied with the improvements of many students, not only those who showed a natural inclination for the dance but espacially those who had more difficulties at the beginning. With committment, dedication and faith in the potential abilities of everybody great results can be achieved.

During these two years hundreds of people have partecipated to Los Milongueros classes and events. Our thanks go to you all.

We want to especially thank those who are leaving a mark by contributing actively to the club's life, by offering their time and skills.

A special thought goes to those who showed us their gratitude through their kindness, honesty and enthusiasm. You gave us a reason to keep going, semester after semester. We'll bring you in our heart for the years to come.

Thank you.

Elisa and Michele
